Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and process all purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely fulfilment
• Oversee shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper closure
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records with high data integrity
• Prepare and share daily/weekly PO status reports with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with warehouses and/or service providers on all shipping operations related to order fulfilment
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders involved in fulfilment operations (B2B Peripherals Fulfilment)
• Support other fulfilment-related tasks as assigned

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfilment or a similar role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams, warehouses, and service providers
• Independent, resourceful, and capable of making sound decisions in fulfilment operations
• Highly committed to ensuring POs are fulfilled within the shortest possible lead time
• Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative data related to fulfilment tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with SAP (SD module)
