The Role

This position will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of Industrial properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties.
• Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance / improvement works.
• Attend to tenants’ feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship.
• Facilitate in the handing over / taking over of premises from tenants.
• Processing & monitoring of tenant’s fitting out works.
• Walk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and to highlight any works to be done where appropriate.
• Carry out forecasting, budgeting and accrual.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelors in Building, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experiences in building operations management.
• Possess knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.
• Flexible with job location - May be rotated and posted to different job location within Singapore.
