Job Description

The Role

 

This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers’ experiences through good customer service at VivoCity.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Providing mall concierge services.
  • Attending to shoppers’ queries.
  • Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.
  • Processing the sale of Vivocity eVouchers.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum GCE 'N’ Level.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
