Get To Know The Team

The Fulfilment team at Grab is responsible for building and managing the core platform that determines how millions of daily incoming orders across Grab (Transport, Food, Deliveries) can be effectively dispatched to available driver supply. At the heart of it all lies our Driver-partners who are our everyday entrepreneurs – we aim to empower them by creating the appropriate tools and experiences for them to deliver meaningful value on our platform while having strong access to earning opportunities. The work you do will directly impact our Driver-partners while also improving the reliability of our Grab platform.

As a Lead Product Manager within the Driver In-Trip Experience team, you will own the product strategy and experiences for our Driver app and work closely with Engineers, Analysts, and Business Owners etc to execute effectively. You will define clear roadmaps to build and scale efficient and frictionless job experiences across Mobility and Deliveries use-cases and generate value for our users. You'll also collaborate closely with Grab's Vertical product teams and country stakeholders to refine value propositions, drive go-to-market execution, and continually improve product quality. This is a critical position with a significant impact on our marketplace ecosystem and the opportunity to drive industry-defining changes for millions of users.

We believe as a successful candidate you are highly analytical, possess strong user centricity, open or fluent in AI technologies and also adept in communication across stakeholders.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  1. You will own and define the product strategy and roadmap for improving the in-trip efficiency, experience and shaping behaviours for our Driver-partners, working closely with a cross-functional team to execute on that strategy.
  2. You will collaborate closely with Grab's product and tech teams, as well as country stakeholders to uphold a high product quality and experience bar, while ensuring that any new service value propositions or go-to-market execution is in-line with what we expect from our Driver-partners
  3. You will continuously explore and make improvements to the Driver app, ensuring its scalability and extensibility in powering new and existing use-cases; also leveraging and exploring new features and technologies to also maintain a competitive edge and to deliver delightful experiences
  4. You will influence decision-making and prioritisation by understanding and balancing stakeholder perspectives and needs across various seniorities, helping build minimum-lovable products while making strong data-informed decisions.
  5. You are able to deeply understand the needs and pain points faced by our users through direct user research and data analysis; translating insights into clear product requirements and specifications.
  6. You have experience in communicating complex technical concepts and product strategies to a variety of audiences to influence outcomes
  7. You will generate product ideas, conduct discovery to identify opportunities, and consistently measure the impact of your work.
  8. You are able to embrace AI and LLM in your daily work and in product design.
