The Tech for Good Institute (TFGI) is an independent non-profit think tank on a mission to nurture the positive impact of technology, to harness its full potential to uplift lives in Southeast Asia. It is founded by Grab.

Get to Know the Role

As a Programmes Intern at the Tech for Good Institute (TFGI), you will support our team in advancing research and insights on how technology shapes policy, society, and governance in Southeast Asia. You'll contribute to evidence-based projects, help produce publications and knowledge products, and assist with external engagements such as presentations, panel dialogues, and events.

This role is open to both full-time and part-time arrangements.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

The Daily Activities:

  • Conduct desk research and data collection on social and economic issues shaped by technology in Southeast Asia.
  • Analyse data and help prepare research outputs and briefing materials.
  • Draft summaries, concept notes, and communication content for internal and external use.
  • Help with events such as panels, dialogues, and community engagements.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for programme activities.
