Get to Know the Role
This is a full-time onsite internship role based in Singapore. This role runs from May to December 2026. You will be fully onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns) development, wellness and inclusivity at work
- You will develop editorial content that supports employee engagement, through internal channels like email announcement, intranet
- You will analyze metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness
- You will support end-to-end intern experience in Singapore; from hiring to onboarding and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab.
