The OmniCommerce team sits at the intersection of dining, discovery, and commerce. We power two of Grab's most consumer-loved experiences — Dine Out Deals and Restaurant Reservations — helping diners find great value at their favourite restaurants while helping restaurant partners grow their businesses through Grab's platform.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Associate to drive the operations engine behind our Dine Out Deals and Reservations businesses. You'll be the go-to person for managing operations processes, supporting merchant partnerships, and ensuring the operational workflows that connect our sales team with restaurant partners run smoothly and at scale.

You'll work across merchant onboarding, deal lifecycle management, partner performance, and cross-functional coordination — building and improving the processes that help our sales team close deals, retain partners, and grow revenue. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving commercial environment, is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in keeping complex operations well-organised.

You'll report to the Senior Manager of OmniCommerce, and work onsite at our Singapore One North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Business Performance Tracking

  • Own the weekly and monthly sales performance reporting cadence — tracking merchant pipeline, deal activations, revenue attainment, and partner retention metrics.
  • Maintain and improve sales dashboards so the team always has a live, accurate view of merchant performance and deal health.
  • Flag performance anomalies early and work with the sales and commercial teams to diagnose and resolve root causes.

Sales Process & Operations

  • Identify friction points in how deals are set up, tracked, and fulfilled — and drive process improvements to reduce manual effort, increase reliability, and shorten time-to-live.
  • Support the team in designing and tracking sales initiatives and pilots — synthesising results into clear go/no-go recommendations.
  • Own the operational health of the merchant onboarding and deals pipeline, working with internal partners in product, finance, and merchant operations.

Stakeholder and Partner Support

  • Prepare performance data packs, business reviews, and ad-hoc analyses to support merchant conversations and internal stakeholder updates.
  • Work closely with the sales and merchant operations teams to share performance insights and help partners grow their presence and revenue on the platform.

Commercial Analytics and Insight Generation

  • Run structured analyses on sales pipeline, campaign performance, merchant trends, and channel effectiveness to surface actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Support pricing and deals strategy with data — including analysis of deal mechanics, merchant ROI, and incentive efficiency.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for sales and commercial stakeholders.
