The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We develop and execute business strategies to achieve our vision in providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore.

The GrabMart team collaborates closely with adjacent functions within the Singapore Operations team to drive business growth for GrabMart.

Get to Know the Role

We're looking for someone motivated and adaptable, with robust analytical competencies. You'll assume a key role in planning, implementing, and managing demand-generating projects. From developing strategies for growth and profitability, to performance tracking, your contributions will be pivotal to our business's continued success.

You will report to the Manager, GrabMart Grocer, and report onsite to the One North office. 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Business planning and analysis:

• Utilise strategic and analytics toolkits to contribute to the planning and launch of high-impact strategic projects
• Conduct research, manage projects and stakeholders, and perform analyses to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Build and present business cases with quality benchmarks and relevant assumptions

Cross-functional support:

• Collaborate with other business teams at different stages of the project lifecycle
• Examples include providing a fact base, assisting with issue identification and solutioning, offering advice on implementation practicalities, and overseeing actual execution

BAU team functions:

• Communicate insights effectively to derive actionable next steps
• Support operational execution of demand-generation initiatives
