Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Assistant Transport Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily transport operations and ensuring smooth traffic and logistics flow within the resort. You’ll play a key role in enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency by coordinating transport services and providing on-ground support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Transport Coordinator on shift to meet operational needs.
• Ensure efficient operation of all transport services within the resort, including coordination with vendors and contractors, ensuring minimal impact on operations and maintain smooth traffic flow within the resort.
• Support logistics for events and activities around the resort, including reservation of car park lots, verification and directing of VIP vehicles, buggy shuttle service, displaying of event signages, closure of lanes/ramps, etc.
• Car park management, including handling incidents, enforcement of car park regulations and managing overall flow of vehicles within the car park.
• Attend/respond to guest enquiries and resolve transport-related issues.
• Support deployment and supervision of casual workers under the directives of the Traffic Coordinator or Manager on duty.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Management Team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
• Possess a valid Singapore Driver’s License or prior buggy driving experience is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or transport-related industry is an added advantage.
