Job Summary

We are seeking a key HR advisor to the business unit and its employees, providing guidance on HR matters while managing the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle. This role also acts as the primary liaison between Frasers Hospitality HR and Group HR, ensuring alignment and effective coordination across functions.

Job Description

HR Advisory

  • Serve as the HR advisor for Fraser Hospitality Corporate HQ, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Support the resolution of employee relations matters, including grievances and performance issues, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions to support manpower and organizational changes, under the guidance of the Senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner.
  • Lead the execution of the development and execution of employee engagement strategies that promote internal communication and a positive workplace culture.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience.
  • Manage key employee milestones such as contract expiries, confirmations, internal transfers, and exits.
  • Coordinate performance management activities including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Prepare accurate HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Liaison with Group HR

  • Support the Senior P&C Business Partner in acting as the main liaison between Fraser Hospitality HR and Group HR.
  • Coordinate the implementation of group-wide HR initiatives, including learning and development programs, employee engagement surveys, and system rollouts.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits, HR compliance checks, and reports required by Group P&C.

Global HR Programs

Support the Global People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner in the effective execution and continuous improvement of global HR initiatives and programs, including:

Program Coordination & Management

  • Support the coordination and implementation of key global HR programs such as Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and the Annual Remuneration Review Exercise.

Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Provide expert support and guidance on global HR projects related to:
    • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
    • Global Rewards & Benefits
    • HR Data Analytics & Systems
    • Organisational Culture & Employee Engagement

Process Improvement

  • Review, streamline, and enhance HR processes, tools, and documentation to drive efficiency and consistency across global operations.

Project Support

  • Contribute to various ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Qualification

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist/Business Partner role
  • Experience in service / hospitality industry will be considered favorably
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good business acumen and problem-solving skill
  • Familiarity with Singapore Labour regulations and HR best practices
