Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a NPI Production Senior Supervisor located in Kallang, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Increased Project Volume: The recent contracts have significantly expanded our project pipeline, requiring enhanced oversight and management to ensure prompt and effective delivery that meets customer expectations.
• Enhanced Customer Satisfaction: Recent project awards necessitate prompt responses to customer requests, demanding increased oversight and expertise.
• Strategic Growth: This position aligns with our strategic objectives of enhancing our capabilities and service offerings, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.
• Complexity of Projects: The new projects involve sophisticated technologies and processes that require a higher level of expertise and coordination. A Senior Supervisor will provide the leadership necessary to navigate these complexities efficiently. 
• Team Support and Development: As our project scope grows, it is vital to have a dedicated NPI Senior supervisor who can mentor and support our existing team members, ensuring they have the guidance needed to excel in their roles and respond swiftly to customer needs.
• Quality Assurance: A Senior Supervisor will play a key role in upholding our high standards of quality and compliance,  adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. which are essential to our reputation and success in the medical device industry.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 5+ years of experience in medical device production
• Proven leadership and supervision skills
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards (Such as ISO13485/ ISO9001, FDA audit experience)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
