About the role

We are seeking an Executive, Medical Concierge who will provide premium, high-touch care to our clients by supporting them in the smooth completion of their specialist / tertiary treatment in Singapore. The role ensures that clients are supported with required doctor recommendations, smooth access to clinics and hospitals, and ensure that LOG and medical claims processes are completed without a hitch. 

This role reports to Senior Manager, Operations 


A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows

  • Collect patient information from the regional teams daily for patients seeking care in SG
  • Helping patients navigate the registration, billing, and other administrative processes on the day of appointment, throughout the hospital stay, and day of discharge
  • Assisting for transportation to and from hospital and/or providing other assistance with transportation needs such as arranging for taxi service
  • Arranging for interpretation services for patients who do not speak English
  • Coordinating with specialist, patient and hospital to ensure completion of necessary insurance forms for claims purposes 
  • Help the patient collecting documents: medical summary, invoice, medical report
  • Helping patients schedule appointments for any additional tests or follow-up care

About you

  • Diploma/Degree with 3-5 years of Customer Service delivery/ Insurance/ Medical Assistance/ TPA/ Nurse/ Midwifery experience.
  • A demonstrated track record of providing excellent service to clients in a multicultural, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
  • Ability to build a relationship with hospital business office and specialist clinic staff to ensure the whole process goes smoothly 
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
