Business Function

DBS Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

Responsibilities

(1) Workday Financials New Feature Release Tenant Management:

• Understanding the new features introduced by Workday into the system in bi-annual release in March and September and assessing them for activation.
• Assess WD AI-enabled /machine learning features for activation

(2) Workday Financials Business Process Administration

• Ensuring system controls and governance over the harmonised processes across the SG, core markets, international centres.
• Maintaining system business processes and establishing a change process

(3) Workday Relationship & Training

• Supporting shared service user team on queries and support and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand system architecture, system integrations and data model. Experience in Workday Financial Management will be required.
• Experience leading change management or process redesign initiatives an advantage
