The Digital Business & Strategy team is charting a new digital course across Global Financial Markets, revolutionizing customer and employee journeys. We drive transformative change in how we conduct business, develop cutting-edge digital and data strategies as well as solutions for our clients. As a Regional Digital Client Solutions Lead, you will collaborate closely with our Treasury Trading and Sales groups to develop and champion the growth of our Digital multi-channel solutions. You will drive business development, identify new client segments and targets, pitch digital propositions, and prioritize customer success. The ideal candidate is a highly independent and self-motivated individual who will drive digital client acquisition and business outcomes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client adoption of our multi-channel Digital solutions, meeting quantitative targets for client acquisition and business transactional metrics.
  • Identify new client growth segments and collaborate with our treasury sales, regional business stakeholders to develop compelling, fit-for-purpose digital propositions, including platform and API solutions, for target clients.
  • Sell treasury platform and API solutions, provide workflow solutioning to match customer requirements and use cases.
  • Manage budget and performance tracking for the regional digital client business, and drive team towards exceeding the targets.
  • Prepare customer RFPs and presentations with business stakeholders, pitching our digital treasury propositions as integral components of holistic banking solutions.
  • Manage partnership relationships and achieve customer success through close collaboration with partner and driving actions towards shared goals.
  • Engage with client post-implementation to ensure their success, gather feedback on our solutions, and relay this feedback to DBS product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with trading and sales teams to explore and create new business models that generate new revenue streams.
  • Conduct internal and external client sessions to raise awareness of our digital propositions among sales teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that promote our digital propositions in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Treasury related functions with deep knowledge of treasury investment products
  • Proven ability to sell platform and API solutions to financial institutions or corporate clients
  • Strong understanding and experience with API solutions, middleware, and network integration.
  • Experience in customer pitching and presentations, with a track record of developing and delivering compelling solution-based pitches
  • Highly self-driven and motivated, with a strong commercial and digital mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within the organization and with external parties.
