Job Purpose:

We're seeking a dynamic candidate to work in the Regional Consumer Investment Product team, with a focus on FX and commodities. The candidate will work closely with product teams across the region spanning 7 locations (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, India, Thailand).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Regional FX business by formulating clear multi-year product strategy, sourcing best-in-class products from internal and external counterparties as well as leveraging the product specialist & research expertise within the Bank.
• Work with countries to share FX trade ideas, market insights, evaluate new product ideas and develop product expansion initiatives to provide a full range of FX offerings
• Lead all FX-related projects end to end, collaborate with Regional teams to deliver key system enhancements and infrastructure development
• Stay close to industry developments, market intelligence and proactively identify new opportunities to grow the business.
• Support Team Head and wider team for projects, management reporting and other product lines

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in FX and wealth management product roles, with P&L ownership and a deep understanding of FX, sales and advisory and market developments
• Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships and communicate confidently at all levels
• Self-starter with strong motivation and initiative, strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, strong communication and presentation skills
