Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee ETE collateral management/process for OTC derivative products
• Review Risk and Control, completeness of daily processes
• Monitor and raise any issues per escalation matrix in accordance with risk management policies
• Support new products initiatives on existing/new system capabilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily margining call process are in accordance with CSA/GMRA/GMSLA/PAD agreement
• Oversee bilateral margin call process, including calculations, issuance, receipt, agreement and settlement of margin calls in an accurate and timely manner
• Oversee Regulatory Initial Margin call process via triparty custodian
• Oversee OTC cleared margin call process with clearing brokers and clearing houses
• Oversee dispute resolution in accordance with established protocol and escalation procedures
• Oversee overseas entities on collateral management process
• Review process exceptions, such as non-receipt of payments and no response to margin call
• Work on collateral process improvement to increase automation index
• Support business on collateral management data analysis
• Liaise with Front Office and Middle Office to implement new collateral product
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business with minimum 8 years operations experience, especially in collateral management
• Familiar with OTC derivative product and Margining Agreement CSA/GMRA/GMSLA etc
• Relevant experience in People Management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive required outcome
• Team player with excellent communication skill
• Possess a curious mind to constantly look for improvements
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
