Responsibilities:

  • Innovation Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision that leverages technologies to deliver delightful Customer Experience and seamless Employee Journeys. Focusing on Platform / Workflow / Workbench/ Agentic AI / Gen AI use cases.
  • Roadmap Delivery: Lead the delivery and ongoing refinement of the Innovation roadmap, ensuring each initiative is aligned with business operating model, its business case & requirements are clearly articulated, and user acceptance testing is met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front liners, product, platform, and design, to ensure alignment, buy-in, and delivery for the Innovation roadmap.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress and success of the Innovation roadmap and individual innovation initiatives.
  • Change Leadership: Drive adoption of new initiatives and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation, fostering creativity and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with 6-10 years experience in platforms / innovation / technology strategy, preferably in consumer banking or sales & distribution.
  • Proven track record of delivering technology roadmaps and launching innovative products or solutions.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to manage complex priorities, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders beyond formal reporting lines.
  • Self-starter and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to summarize complex issues in business terms, anticipate problems, and apply problem-solving skills.
