Business Function

Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Partnerwith Institutional Banking Group (IBG) countries and segments Finance tounderstand business drivers and performance
• Prepare MIS reporting and analysis including monthly business performance reporting, budgeting andforecasting
• Perform reconciliation between system and management reporting
• Supportbusiness initiatives and engage in Business Finance transformation projects; implementand test ofautomationsolutions
• Provide oversightand analysis on businesscosts andidentifyingbusiness savings
• Ensure data integrity,accuratefinancial period closeandrelevantcontrols are met, including account ownership andtimelycompletion ofrisk and controls checks
• Collaborate with GFPA to support management reviews and disclosure
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlinebusiness impact

Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant fields, minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills. Proficient in Thinkcell is a plus.
• Proficient in Data Analytical tools such asPower BI, Copilot, Qliksense, Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail are must-have traits.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
