Responsibilities

As part of the SME Liabilities team, the candidate will function as a Corporate RM, and he / she will be responsible for

• Acquiring and developing new customer relationships (both locally and overseas) directly or through intermediaries;
• Proactive management and monitoring of customer accounts to achieve optimum business and profitability;
• Identifying new business opportunities, understand customers’ needs, evaluate risks and structure deals that meet the requirements of both customer and Bank;
• Working with product, operating, & other segments of the Bank to provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Ensuring compliance of mandatory banking policies and processes including performing customer due diligence, risk evaluation and account reviews.
• Identifying industry trends leading to product development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 to 7 years of relevant corporate banking experience.
• As specific focus will be to cover the North Asia market, the candidate is expected to have established network of clients in this region.
• Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively.
• Resourceful individual, multitask oriented, Energetic and a good team player.
