Responsibilities
The Product Manager is primarily responsible for the strategic evolution and execution of product strategies to achieve business goals with respect to the development, business management, risk mitigation and commercialization of the digital assets custody services product. Key accountabilities include:
- Drive the digital assets custody product and solutions suite executing product strategies with respect to the development, business management, risk mitigation and commercialization of the product
- Conduct product planning, product lifecycle management, and marketing to support Securities Services’ overall strategy and goals
- Ensure that the product suite is appropriate and positioned in alignment with overarching business and segment strategies and benchmarked against market offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to deliver innovative custody solutions
- Manage product risks, including regulatory changes and operational risks, to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing, and sales support, to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market intelligence to continuously improve and optimize the custody offering
- Represent the custody product portfolio and engage with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and industry forums
- Be accountable for the sustainable growth of the business by delivering increased revenue and managing costs
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the securities services or transaction banking industry
- Good understanding of DLT and associated technologies
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies, driving innovation, and delivering business results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends in the digital assets, securities services and transaction banking domains
