Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Business Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, define, and refine business requirements.
- Translate business needs into measurable objectives, performance indicators, and analytical deliverables.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment in expectations and solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain efficient data models using Qlik's associative data engine, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, ETL failures, or dashboard performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and version control of Qlik Sense applications.
- Manage Qlik Sense Enterprise environments (QMC), including application deployment, user/role management, and task scheduling.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members and business users.
- Implement data security and user access in accordance with governance policies, including Section Access.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or BI/reporting functions.
- Proficient in Qlik Sense (scripting, data modelling, visualisation).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and data extraction.
- Experience with Qlik NPrinting for automated reporting solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms is a plus.
- Ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled at presenting complex ideas in a clear and structured manner.
