DBS Foundation is deepening its commitment to addressing Asia’s most pressing social challenges — with a sharpened focus on enabling ageing societies, ensuring essential needs and fostering inclusion for vulnerable communities. With this in mind, we are expanding our marketing team to ensure we effectively communicate our initiatives, reach a broader audience, and amplify the impact of our work.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional to be part of a team that leads and executes strategic brand and marketing initiatives to amplify DBS Foundation’s visibility, advocacy, and impact. This role will focus on building greater awareness of the Foundation’s work, forge stronger stakeholder connections, and position DBS Foundation as a leading force for social impact in Asia. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving compelling campaigns, ensuring brand coherence across regional markets, and activating our flagship platforms such as the Impact Beyond Dialogues, Impact Beyond Summit, and key DBS Foundation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. DBS Foundation Advocacy Campaigns

  • Develop cohesive year-long advocacy and engagement campaigns that elevate the visibility and impact of the DBS Foundation and its focus areas in our 6 key markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, India and Indonesia).
  • This includes holistic brand and marketing efforts for our signature platforms:
    • Impact Beyond Awards, Dialogues and Summit
    • DBS Foundation Grant Programme
    • Portraits of Purpose (staff volunteerism)

2. Brand Governance & Creative Integrity across the Region

  • Provide strategic marketing support for DBS Foundation programmes across key markets.
  • Share campaign frameworks, activation guides, and engagement tools that can be adapted and used locally.

3. Content Development & Strategy

  • Mange end-to-end Content life cycle – from Strategy formulation, Editorial calendarisation, to production of multi-format content (video, articles, social, digital).
  • Independently produce simple content pieces (e.g., articles, social posts, EDMs), while managing agencies or partners for more complex, large-scale productions (e.g., videos, campaigns, research reports).”
  • Ensure storytelling is consistent, resonant, and aligned with DBS Foundation’s voice and purpose.
  • Optimise, maintain, and publish content across digital platforms to meet annual performance targets and enhance audience engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all materials produced and published by the team.

4. Events and Programme Marketing for all DBS Foundation Impact Programs, including signature platforms like Impact Beyond Dialogues and Summit

  • Collaborate with DBSF media and content leads (internal), and key program partners (external) to promote and amplify programs.
  • Lead marketing and audience engagement for flagship events such as the Impact Beyond Summit, Impact Beyond Dialogues, and other Foundation initiatives.
  • Support event marketing needs including pre-event publicity, on-ground branding, content capture and post-event amplification.

5. Advertising Media Management:

  • Ensure integration of content across different paid and owned media platforms.
  • Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events to continuously improve and optimise marketing efforts.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand, marketing and content management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to copywrite a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and media management.
  • Proficiency with various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Deep experience in event planning and management.
  • Keen eye for design, attention to detail, and creative flair.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Budget management experience.
