You will advance our PeopleTech initiatives, ensuring seamless platform operations, championing effective stakeholder collaborations, and delivering projects that directly elevate our digital workplace and overall employee experience. You'll be at the heart of initiatives that truly make a difference for our people. PeopleTech Platform Operations: This role involves crucial technical oversight for our PeopleTech ecosystem. You will facilitate and support regular platform cadences with key leads, acting as a primary liaison with technology teams to coordinate system changes, essential upgrades, and efficient issue resolution for PeopleTech applications. A key part of this will be performance monitoring and reporting, where you'll track platform metrics, user adoption rates, and gather user feedback to prepare insightful reports for leadership. Additionally, you will assist in the thorough testing and validation of new features or enhancements prior to their rollout, and continuously enhance and maintain our Digital Tools portal, ensuring it remains user-friendly and an accessible source of information for all employees. Business Coordination and Stakeholders Engagement: Your responsibilities here center on fostering strong collaboration and clear communication across the organization. You will effectively engage with cross-functional stakeholders on critical matters such as platform updates and budgeting processes, ensuring ongoing communication cadences are well-managed. A significant aspect of this focus will be documentation and knowledge sharing, where you will develop and maintain clear processes, comprehensive FAQs, and helpful guides to enrich the Digital Tools portal experience for all employees. Cross-Functional Project Execution: This area emphasizes your ability to drive projects from conception to completion across different teams. You will maintain comprehensive project trackers, dynamic dashboards, and clear documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment across both technology and business leads. Effective communication is key; you will prepare accurate meeting notes, distill action items, and manage follow-ups to maintain project momentum. Furthermore, you will organize and facilitate impactful collaborative sessions, including workshops, pilot programs, and testing sessions, involving both technology and business stakeholders.
