DBS’ Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client’s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a platform of proficient and efficient trade executions to EAM clients
• Trade monitoring, reconciliation, investigation and prompt reporting of trades
• Manage and resolve dealing‑related matters
• Provide pricing for structured products (FX and equity‑linked structures) as well as cash bonds for EAM clients
• Gather, analyse, and prepare economic, financial, and investment‑related information for use by EAM clients
• Compile recommendation list from the various product teams to address EAM clients’ needs
• Develop and enhance relationships with EAM clients through a thorough understanding of their requirements and objectives
• Participate in other duties and projects assigned (e.g. streamline the team’s processes in terms of back-ups and risk management)
• Strict adherence with the banking and exchange regulations, policies, guidelines. Maintaining them without breaches and incidences

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline with at least 6years of experience in financial markets, dealing or portfolio advisory
• Good understanding and strong interest in financial and investment markets
• Good fundamental knowledge of products across various asset classes e.g. FX, Equities, Fixed Income, OTC options, Structured products, Funds, Private Equity
• Good customer orientation and able to handle client’s issues promptly
• Proficiency in Excel macros is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• The role may require the incumbent to perform duties on public holidays, on a rotational shift schedule.
• Possess CACS Certifications 1 & 2
