DBS Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of banking products and services, including cash management services, time deposits, access to GFM structured products and foreign exchange, our Digital Exchange, and Custody Services (both traditional & digital assets).

This position is within the Digital Assets team within IBG-Financial Institutions Group, covering a portfolio of digital asset native clients across DBS’ core markets.

Responsibilities:

• The Successful candidate will be assigned a portfolio of digital assets clients operating across the Digital Asset Ecosystem, and will be responsible to help grow this segment.
• Deepen wallet share of the existing client portfolio and develop new client relationships based on target market criteria and a selective due diligence process.
• Responsible for achieving revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.
• Perform client visits and calls regularly with the aim of closing deals across DBS product/service offerings by GTS (Cash & Custody), GFM (Structured products & FX) and Digital Exchange offerings in accordance to clients’ requirements.
• Takes ownership of end-to-end delivery to meet clients requirement.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needsand good knowledge of our Bank’s products by working closely with risk, product & credit partners in providing suitable banking solutions to our clients.
• Responsible for minimizing credit, operational and Legal and Compliance risks within assigned portfolio.
• Participate in ideation and execution of strategic initiatives to bring new offerings to better serve digital asset native clients.
• Ability to triangulate Tradfi application

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as Relationship Manager
• Good knowledge of the Digital Asset Ecosystem across service providers, intermediaries, issuers, investors, financial services, and technology providers (e.g. custodians, software as a service, surveillance, mining etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful individual with an ability to partner to deliver for the Digital Asset Ecosystem
• Up to date with fast-pace industry changes & narrative
• Previous experience in the digital asset industry is an advantage
