Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Lead the custody product and solutions portfolio, executing strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer experience
• Develop and manage the custody product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Identify and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform product strategy and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to deliver innovative custody solutions
• Manage product risks, including regulatory changes and operational risks, to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues
• Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing, and sales support, to drive product adoption and revenue growth
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market intelligence to continuously improve and optimize the custody offering
• Represent the custody product portfolio and engage with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and industry forums

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the securities services or transaction banking industry
• Strong understanding of custody services, including asset servicing, fund administration, and related products and solutions
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies, driving innovation, and delivering business results
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex information to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends in the securities services and transaction banking domains
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize product performance
