Job Description

Manage and grow a leading investment business in Singapore with focus on managing the CBG funds business – comprising of Unit Trust, ETFs and managed portfolios, digital platform development, sharpening investment options and drive engagement with both new and existing clients.

This will be performed through:

• Strategic Collaboration & Solution Delivery: Collaborate horizontally with colleagues across the Treasures and retail teams, local/regional investment teams, external product providers, technology delivery teams and marketing to deliver impactful investment solutions and platform capabilities to our clients.
• Product Management & Optimization: Finetune the product library for Treasures and Retail segments with periodic reviews, ensuring competitiveness and relevance.
• Distribution Engagement: Engage effectively with distribution teams to gather insights, share product ideas, and foster collaboration on relevant solutions.
• Digital Roadmap & Execution: Strategically plan and execute a long-term digital roadmap with clearly defined delivery milestones, demonstrating progress and impact to key stakeholders.
• Performance & Accountability: Be accountable for Return on Investment (ROI) with robust post-delivery tracking and analysis, ensuring the success of initiatives.
• Client Engagement & Content Creation: Lead the ideation and creation of compelling material for client engagement, utilizing a wide spectrum of traditional and digital channels.

• Technological Innovation: Leverage Generative AI (Gen AI) to enhance efficiency and optimize processes within investment product management.

   

   

  Requirements

   

   

• Ambition to grow an already leading retail investment business.
• At least 5 years of working experience in investment product management. Experience with digital investments would be advantageous.
• Degree in Finance or Economics from a reputable university
• High energy and opinionated with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to develop workable solutions for complex problems
• Familiarity with managing data through data control towers, use of tools like Tableau.
