In Group Tech, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities 

• Perform production support for HR Lifecycle and Roled Based management to in-house IAM tools within SLA.  

• Support the preparations of data and perform regular reconciliation for Audits. 

• Track and drive the closure for Audit RFI for department 

• Drive initiatives to improve Audit response time 

• Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure.  

• Document and maintain operating procedures 

• Develop scripts to automate work  

Requirements  

• Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment 

• Ability to work on weekend and weeknights to deploy changes to production environment 

• Good Experience in Audits.  

• Good to have Scripting skills for automation 

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience is a MUST 

• Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and process 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent 

• Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred
