Business Function

The Channel Registration & Maintenance Team is the backbone to deliver the final product of corporate customers' IDEAL through precision parameter set up. Your contribution ensures that our customers can confidently utilize our digital channels, making their banking experience efficient, secure, and truly exceptional.

Job Purpose

As a Channel Registration & Maintenance Officer (Processing), you will be instrumental in empowering our customers to effectively use DBS's e-banking services. Your core responsibility will be the precise and timely setup and ongoing maintenance of customer profiles, ensuring data integrity and adherence to stringent security standards and critical cut-off times. You will be a guardian of customer data accuracy, directly impacting their seamless digital banking experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain profiles of customers in various ebanking systems in accordance to forms submitted.
  • Perform tagging of users as authorisers and/or administrators in the system when required, facilitating ongoing compliance screening
  • Handle enquiries and follow-ups related to customer profile maintenance, providing clear and professional communication
  • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets accurately and promptly, contributing to efficient workflow management
  • Conduct live verification in systems to ensure data integrity and adherence to internal controls
  • Support other tasks or rotations as assigned within the department, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first attitude

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve and consistently meet established cut-off times and service level agreements (SLAs) for all assigned products and processes.
  • Maintain consistently high standards, striving 100% accuracy and high-quality execution of tasks.
  • Respond to and resolve enquiries, provide timely status updates in a professional manner to stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain agile to address varying scenarios, to deliver best-in-class execution

Requirements

  • University degree holder that demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders as you will be a key part of a colloaborative team
  • A highly responsible individual with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and detail. You thrive in environments where precision and meticulousness are paramount.
  • Proven ability to manage a workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and execute duties with speed and independence while maintaining high quality.
  • Foundational understanding of PC usage and a keen awareness of internet security best practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel (for data tracking and reporting), and ideally some familiarity with Access
