Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan processing & servicing such as, loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption, fee collection, etc
• Perform audit confirmation activities – setup of new auditors, creation of customers’ instructions in system
• Prepare manual computations of loan instalments or schedules for customers
• Follow up with units/stakeholders to ensure all issues & rectifications are resolved
• Liaise with BU/SU on loan processing matters
• Perform ad-hoc and day-end reconciliations
• Assist and support project related or process improvement tasks
• Adhere to performance standards in processing turnaround time and accuracy requirement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other discipline with relevant loan processing experience
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Able to understand computation logic and methodology used
• Meticulous, detailed and numerate
• Good interpersonal skills
