About The Programme

Our 12-months graduate programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. The programme is rigorous and curated based on the principles of our DBS Triple E framework for growth and development.​

Experience: On-the-job experience to take on challenging and impactful projects. May include rotations within unit (e.g. for Data and Operations) or direct to role (e.g. Institutional Banking Group, Consumer Banking Group, Global Financial Markets and Technology)​

Education: Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training​

Exposure: Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort
