About the Role:

As a CBRE Estimator, you will support the bid preparation process as part of a team that will work through the RFP & Tender documentation we receive from our clients to produce accurate take-offs for pricing and quoting.

As a part of the team, you will support the sales representatives and Operations team in producing high quality tender responses for our clients across Asia Pacific, and play a significant role in the overall sales cycle through the award process to the final handover of the project.

This job is part of the overall Sales function, Philippines based and is a key support to our growth in the APAC region.

What you'll do:

• Work with the team producing high quality Bill of Materials that will include Materials and labour estimations for our tenders.

• Assist with coordination of pricing responses back from our vendors and suppliers.

• Evaluate the suggestion project programme and work with Sales teams to produce manpower histograms.

• Present suggestions for areas of improvement and influence on the sales and bid submissions.

• Update data sheets for use as part of the process where necessary.

• Assist with the development of sales solutions that may assist in the process.

• Observe the bid process to understand the establishment of the organization’s trading terms.

• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

• Impact the quality of own work.

• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

• Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant experience within the Telecommunication Industry, ICT Distribution Partner, System Integrator (Structured Cabling, Security System Contractors), Data Center Facilities or other similar space.

• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

• Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
