The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SEA Lead to join our team. As the single point of contact for a key client in the Pharmaceutical Industry, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and managing the execution of facilities management activities across Southeast Asia.

A typical day may involve:

Managing diverse facilities operations, including:
  • Overseeing building operations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with local regulations and CBRE standards.
  • Developing and executing facilities management strategies to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
  • Managing budgets, tracking performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Overseeing project management, including capital projects and renovations.
  • Ensuring the implementation of environmental, health, and safety procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Developing and implementing facilities management strategies that drive operational efficiency and client value, including:
  • Managing vendor relationships and performance.
  • Implementing and maintaining facility-related systems and tools.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Managing and maintaining strong client relationships, including:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Providing regular reporting and updates on facilities performance.
Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, with a strong focus on operations and a proven track record of leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with facilities management systems and tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience managing facilities and teams across multiple geographies, ideally including Southeast Asia and/or Pacific regions.
