Job Summary 

CBRE is seeking a dynamic and visionary Regional Site Lead to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our integrated facilities management (IFM) services for our Client across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role is pivotal in driving consistency, innovation, and future-ready solutions that align with the Client's business goals and CBRE’s world-class service standards.

What You'll Do 

Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership

Serve as the senior point of contact for the Client across APAC, fostering a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders.
Develop and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap aligned with the Client’s business objectives, sustainability goals, and workplace transformation initiatives.
Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Operational Excellence & Consistency

Ensure consistent delivery of FM services across all APAC markets, adhering to global standards while adapting to local nuances.
Lead a high-performing, culturally diverse team across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment, engagement, and accountability.
Drive operational efficiency through standardization, automation, and best practice sharing across the region.

Innovation & Future-Ready FM

Introduce and scale smart building technologies, predictive maintenance, and digital FM platforms to enhance service delivery and user experience.
Collaborate with CBRE’s global innovation and sustainability teams to pilot and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively advise the client on future risks and opportunities.

Financial & Commercial Management

Own the regional P&L, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds targets.
Identify and deliver cost optimization opportunities without compromising service quality.
Support contract renewals, expansions, and commercial negotiations in collaboration with global and local teams.

What You'll Need

At least 12+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
Proven track record managing large, complex accounts across multiple countries in APAC.
Strong understanding of financial services environments and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience with digital FM platforms, sustainability programs, and workplace transformation is highly desirable.
