CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) offers a range of services including tenant and occupier advice, tenant and occupier representation, project management, lease administration, facilities and data center management across a wide range of industry sectors—all supported by CBRE’s global reach and resources.
About the Program
Our CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Future Leader Program is open to all 2024/2025 graduating students and aims to prepare successful leaders for a career in real estate. Candidates will participate in a structured 24-month program, exposing you to both business-as-usual activities and standalone projects. You will enhance your skillsets, be challenged with rigorous work, grow your network and drive meaningful change in our business.

In this Future Leader Program, you will go through a comprehensive orientation, work with leading-edge technology and rotate through diverse and challenging business teams. You will also receive intensive coaching and on-going feedback from appointed members, peers, managers and internal business partners. This will give you many opportunities to develop valuable networks as well as exposure to senior staff members.
You will be Rotating among the following business team:
Facilities Management (FM) creates ideal office environments for our clients and their employees worldwide. We provide a full range of services and safety processes to help drive efficiencies and reduce operating expenses.
Project Management (PJM) provides solutions through various staffing models, supply chain optimization and expertise by project and asset type—all customized to ensure success of your global real estate projects.
Who are We Looking For?
We are identifying future leaders with leadership talents and emerging Professional who has the Aptitude, Agility & Aspiration, who are good communicators with the ability to exhibit strategic thinking and enthusiasm in solving challenges.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and has a strong interest to develop a career in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and presentation)
- Strategic thinker and practical problem solver
- Team player, flexible, adaptable and resourceful
- Sensitive to, and appreciative of, difference and diversity
- Singapore resident or possess a valid working visa in Singapore
- Completed or will complete undergraduate studies in 2024 or 2025, with the major preferably in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or Business-related studies.
